Entry Purchase

Entries can be purchased directly through our website using secure online checkout. Simply select the number of entries you want, complete the payment process, and receive instant confirmation via email with your assigned entry numbers.

Each entry is $10 CAD. There are no additional fees or processing charges. The price you see is the total amount charged.

No. You can purchase as many entries as you like. Each additional entry increases your chances of winning. Many participants buy multiple entries to improve their odds.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems.

Yes. During checkout, you can designate another person as the entry holder. The recipient must be 19+ years old and an Alberta resident. If they win, they must provide proper identification to claim their prize.

Eligibility

You must be 19 years of age or older and a resident of Alberta at the time of entry purchase and winner claim. Valid government-issued photo ID will be required to claim any prize.

No. Due to AGLC regulations, this draw is restricted to Alberta residents only. Proof of Alberta residency is required for winner claims.

Employees, officers, and directors of Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. All other Alberta residents 19+ may enter.

Draw Process

The official draw takes place at Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation, 8215 112 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta. The draw date will be announced. The event is public and supervised by independent officials.

Winners are selected using a certified random number generator under independent third-party supervision. Winners will be drawn sequentially. Once an entry is selected, it's removed from subsequent draws.

With 1,000 total entries available, your individual odds depend on how many entries you purchase and how many total entries are sold.

Absolutely. All participants are welcome to attend. Can't make it? We'll provide live updates on our social media channels.

No. Once your entry is drawn for a prize, you're removed from subsequent draws. This ensures different winners receive prizes.

Winner Notification & Claims

Winners are contacted within 24 hours via both phone and email using the contact information provided during entry purchase. We'll also announce winners on our website and social media.

Winners have 30 days from the draw date to claim their prize. You must respond to our contact attempts within 7 days. Failure to claim within 30 days results in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.

You'll need valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport), proof of Alberta residency, and your entry confirmation email. You may also be required to sign a winner's declaration and release form.

Prizes can be picked up at Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation, Edmonton, AB. If you prefer shipping, arrangements can be made at your expense. We'll coordinate all details directly with winners.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted for cash, or exchanged for alternative items except at the sole discretion of Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation. Some components may be substituted for items of equal or greater value if unavailable.

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal or provincial taxes on prize values. Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation will provide necessary tax documentation as required by Canadian law.

Refunds & Changes

All entry sales are final and non-refundable as per AGLC regulations. Once purchased, entries cannot be returned or exchanged.

No. Entries are non-transferable. The person whose name appears on the entry purchase is the only individual eligible to claim a prize if selected.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, all entry purchasers will receive full refunds. However, we are fully licensed and prepared to conduct the draw as scheduled.

Legitimacy & Legal

Yes. Elite Entries 2026 is fully licensed by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC) under License #731124. You can verify our license at aglc.ca. We operate under strict provincial regulations.

All proceeds support the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation's programs: 40% to medical equipment, 30% to research programs, 20% to family services, and 10% to operations. Full financial reports are available on our website.

Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase containing your entry numbers, receipt, and payment details. Keep this for your records.
