Complete terms governing Elite Entries 2026

These Official Rules govern participation in Elite Entries 2026 (the "Draw"), operated by Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation. By purchasing an entry, you agree to be bound by these rules.
This Draw is conducted by Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation, a registered charitable organization operating under AGLC Gaming License #731124 issued by Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis.

2.1 Participation is restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following criteria:
2.2 "Immediate family member" includes spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and grandchild.
2.3 Verification of eligibility may be required at any time during or after the Draw period.
3.1 Entries are available for purchase from January 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM MST through January 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST, or until all 1,000 entries are sold, whichever occurs first.
3.2 The official draw will take place at Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation, 8215 112 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta. The exact date and time will be announced.
3.3 The draw date may be postponed only in case of emergency or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Any changes will be communicated to all entry purchasers.
4.1 Price: Individual entries are priced at $10.00 CAD each.
4.2 Purchase Limits: No maximum limit on entries per person. Each entry represents one chance in the draw.
4.3 Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer.
4.4 Confirmation: Upon successful purchase, buyers will receive email confirmation containing unique entry numbers and receipt.
4.5 Non-Refundable: All entry sales are final. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law.
4.6 Gift Purchases: Entries may be purchased as gifts. The designated recipient must meet all eligibility requirements and provide identification to claim any prize.
5.1 Method: Winners will be selected using a certified random number generator system under independent third-party supervision.
5.2 Selection Order: Winners will be drawn sequentially.
5.3 One Prize Per Person: Once an entry number is drawn, that entry holder is removed from all subsequent draws, ensuring different winners.
5.4 Public Event: The draw is open to the public. All participants are welcome to attend.
5.5 Independent Oversight: The draw will be supervised by an independent official to ensure fairness and compliance with AGLC regulations.
5.6 Odds: Odds of winning depend on total entries sold. Maximum odds: 1 in 1,000 (assuming all entries are sold).
6.1 Contact Method: Winners will be notified within 24 hours of the draw via telephone and email using contact information provided at entry purchase.
6.2 Multiple Attempts: A minimum of three contact attempts will be made over a seven (7) day period.
6.3 Response Requirement: Winners must respond within seven (7) days of initial contact attempt to confirm acceptance.
6.4 Alternate Winners: Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.
6.5 Public Announcement: Winner names (first name and last initial) will be posted on the Draw website and social media channels.
7.1 Claim Period: Winners have thirty (30) days from the draw date to claim their prize.

7.4 Prize Collection: Prizes may be collected at Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation, Edmonton, AB during regular business hours. Shipping available at winner's expense and risk.
7.5 Forfeiture: Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after 30 days and may be awarded to alternate winners or retained by the organization.
8.1 By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, voice, and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes by Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8.2 Winners may be requested to participate in promotional activities including photographs and interviews.
9.1 Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for:

9.3 Maximum Liability: Total liability shall not exceed the retail value of the applicable prize.
10.1 Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Draw if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Draw.

11.3 Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required for Draw administration or by law.
12.1 Governing Law: These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
12.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta.
12.3 Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.1 This Draw operates under AGLC Gaming License #731124 issued by Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis.
